Self Defence: The foundation of our training at Champions Krav Maga Academy is deeply embedded in Modern Krav Maga and integrated Mixed Martial Arts, meticulously tailored for both adults and teenagers. Our approach includes the Assess, Plan, Act Safety Model, focusing on practical self defence techniques covering anticipation, avoidance, and prevention, along with appropriate responses to a variety of threats. In the Assess phase, we educate our members to accurately evaluate their surroundings and potential threats, thereby enhancing their situational awareness. The Plan phase involves developing effective response tactics and determining the necessary level of force. Finally, in the Act phase, we focus on the precise and controlled execution of these strategies. Striking: Our curriculum in striking, inspired by Boxing and Muay Thai, focuses on enhancing your stand-up combat proficiency.
